Publisher Payout Policy & Financial Terms

Last Updated: August 2026 • Operating Brand: PubVelo Media Network (pubvelo.com)

Reliable & Transparent Payouts: PubVelo operates under a strict **Net-30 Payout Cycle**. We ensure timely transfers for all verified, policy-compliant publishers once minimum withdrawal thresholds are met and upstream Google audit reconciliation is completed.

1. Net-30 Payout Schedule & Audit Timeline

All ad revenues generated by publisher apps, websites, and utility tools are aggregated monthly under standard Net-30 payment terms:

1st – 31st (Earnings Month) Traffic and ad impressions run across properties. Daily metrics in dashboard are provisional estimates.
1st – 7th (Audit Phase) Google Ad Manager and demand partners conduct post-month-end IVT audits. Net payable balance is locked.
21st – 30th (Disbursement) Final audited balances meeting minimum thresholds are released via Bank Wire Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/SWIFT) or PayPal.

Example: Total earnings generated between May 1 and May 31 are audited by June 7 and paid out on or before June 30.

2. Google Ad Manager Final Authority & 100% IVT Pass-Through

PubVelo operates in direct partnership with Google demand channels (Google Ad Manager and Google AdSense). Publishers explicitly agree to the following financial terms:

Estimated vs. Final Audited Earnings

Real-time dashboard revenue is estimated. Final payable earnings are determined exclusively after Google reconciles Invalid Traffic (IVT) deductions and releases formal revenue disbursements.

3. 100% Forfeiture on Policy Violations & Account Dormancy

Zero Payout on Legal Violations & Terminations

If an account is suspended or terminated for hosting or distributing **Adult/NSFW content, Pirated Movies/Music, Cracked Software, Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Malware, Ad Fraud, or by directive of Law Enforcement / Court Orders**, **ALL pending, unpaid, and accumulated earnings are 100% permanently FORFEITED with zero payout settlement.**

Account Dormancy & Inactivity Rule:

4. Minimum Payment Thresholds

Payouts are automatically generated once your final audited balance reaches the required minimum threshold for your property type:

If your monthly balance is below the minimum threshold, the amount rolls over automatically to the subsequent billing cycle until the threshold is accumulated.

5. Payment Methods & Processing Fees

Publishers may select their preferred payment profile inside centralized Payment Settings:

6. Indian Statutory Tax Compliance (TDS & GST)

For Indian resident publishers, PubVelo adheres strictly to Income Tax Department statutory regulations:
