A. Publisher & User Account Data: When registering, publishers provide legal name, business email, encrypted password, country, and tax identification details (PAN / GST number / PayPal email) for payout processing.
B. User-Submitted Content & Media: When utilizing our creator utilities, users upload files, rich-text notes, bio tree links, quiz questions, and poll options.
C. Automated Telemetry & Device Data: When visiting tool URLs (/f/, /l/, /b/, /n/, /g/), our edge servers log IP address, browser user-agent, referer header, timestamp, and country geolocation to calculate analytics and prevent fraud.

2. Giveaways & Promotional Entry Data Purpose & Lawful Processing

When end-users participate in promotional Giveaways (hosted at /g/xxxx), we collect specific entry information. Under Section 6 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and Article 6 of the GDPR, this processing is strictly grounded on Explicit User Consent.

Financial records, tax receipts, and payout ledger statements are retained for 7 years in accordance with statutory accounting requirements under Indian Law.

8. Children's Privacy (Protection of Minors)

PubVelo is designed for publishers, creators, and individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 (or under 18 without verified parental consent). If we discover that a minor's information has been collected without valid consent, we immediately delete such records.
